Building better workers

People are turning to everything from productivity-boosting drugs to marijuana to improve their personal performance at work. This movement, which is becoming known as human enhancement, can be physical, such as prosthetic limbs or drugs that enhance bodily performance, or cognitive, which can include anything from mind training, invasive surgery and pharmaceuticals. This article I wrote on the subject attempts to explore some of these new techniques and their implications.
